No Drivers Found

Hello everyone, I just finished my new build and I am trying to install windows 7 using an external disk drive to run the disk. When I get to the second step it says no drivers found. I have no idea what is going on. I have tried plugging the USB cable into all of the different ports and still nothing.

Have you tried using Microsoft win to USB tool to take your image and put it on a usb key for the install?

It said it was a dvd/cd device driver that was missing.

No, I haven't ill check that.

Not sure if I can do that. Do you know how I could download the cd/dvd device drivers?

and also, try getting a different ISO, preferably an official one from microsoft

 

i've seen this issue occur when someone got their windows 7 iso from non-official website and getting one from microsoft fixed it
