Searchbar not working windows 10

Im going mad, i think i have somehow disabled windows search ? And i dont know how to fix this. Please help, i think i have tryed everything on the internet!

i5-13600kf, 16gb Corsair 3600mhz, Asrock z690 ac itx,  RTX 3080 , 1TB+1TB PREDATOR + Western digital NVME, InWin A1, Thermalright peerless assasin 120SE

I start all windows 10 troubleshooting by starting a command prompt in admin and running DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth in case you need help with that http://www.howtogeek.com/235101/10-ways-to-open-the-command-prompt-in-windows-10/

Already tried that.....

Look where it says "Søk i Windows" (bottom left corner), i cant click that, and i cant search in windows, dont mind that im using it in Norwegian. :)Skjermbilde (3).png

anything happen when to hit the windows/menu+S keys by chance?

I created another user on this computer and the search worked perfectly there.
