i'm not very familiar with you tube streaming, but for me when ever i have had that error i close obs go to my key reset it and cop and paste and that usually fixes it. the only other thing i could imagine it being is either an update flaw or a security thing, but i'm sure someone else know how to fix this.

I tried what you said and it say that the connection timed out and to try a different server, or to check if to connection is by a firewall or security software.

this is just a might as well try it situation, but turn off you security on you computer (not any antivirus stuff you have) just go to control panel then system then security and turn that off and try it, don't know if it will work but might as well.
