What budget/country? What are you using it for just gaming?

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

I wouldn't recommend getting a 120gb SSD.
You end up very limited on space and have to do a lot of space management.

Don't get a z170 board on a non k cpu

This too. You don't need a Z board and could save some money there.

[CPU: 4.7ghz I5 6600k] [MBAsus Z170 Pro G] [RAM: G.Skill 2400 16GB(2x8)]

[GPU: MSI Twin Frozr GTX 970] [PSU: XFX Pro 850W] [Cooler: Hyper 212 Evo]
[Storage: 500GB WD HDD / 128GB SanDisk SSD ] [Case: DeepCool Tessaract]

[Keyboard: AZIO MGK1] [Mouse: Logitech G303] [Monitor: 2 x Acer 23" 1080p IPS]

I forgot to mention.I am using this PC for programming, mainly web development, and gaming.I like to play games , but I am not hard core gamer. As far as the AMD suggestions , I had two AMD CPU`s in the past.My current is 955 - black edition.I want to try an Intel CPU now, that`s why I am not going for AMD build this time.

You'd only want AMD if you really needed an FX 8 core on the cheap for multi-threaded performance vs an i5, overall possibly better for programming depending on what you want to do, it would also let you get 16gbs of RAM for the same price, which again might be better,

In any case you should probably invest into 16gbs of RAM so you don't have to worry about it

Look for one of these boards from MSI, VD or Gaming H110/B150 they have solid power delivery and USB 3.1

For a Motherboard I am considering http://www.amazon.com/Gigabyte-LGA1151-Intel-Motherboard-GA-H170M-D3H/dp/B012N6LM1Y , the ASRock H170 Pro4/D3 ATX LGA1151

does not have dual bios.Better safe than sorry :)
