I think I have finally figured out what I'm gonna do:

 

I had an MSI MITX mobo FM2+ and I'm thinking about getting an Athlon x4 and I have a spare R9 290X laying around and a spare 800 watt PSU (I know, SUPER overkill.) and just slapping it in a small case.
