First of all I have the same ikea lamp. It is also my headset stand. But back to the topic. If you like to get rid of those cables completely, and if you are not completely DIY uncapable you could drill a little hole just behind the keyboard and mouse and route it under your desk to the pc. Probably you will need to make another one behind the pc. But you need to be sure that those cables are long enough , if there are no obstacles (not sure about those drawers on the right) and you would need to use something to hook those cables under the desk so you won't hook them with your legs or something. Some plastic or rubber tube in the hole would be nice too. But you would need to position the holes very carefully.

I'd add a slide out keyboard/mouse tray under the desktop.

I don't like them. I always bump my legs at them, you have to go further back from the screen to use the keyboard and mouse, and they mostly are to small for comfortable gameplay (I like to move my mouse a lot)
