Sooo ... in Fiji it's already 17th May :P 

Does that NDA include specific time zone they need to care about xD ?

They said the 1080 would be available for purchase on the 27th (1070 on June 10th). The NDA for reviews etc. could be sooner.

Release will be on 27th and avaliable to buy for end customers.

 

But linustech and 100 other people already got 1080, but had to sign some kind of NDA, to not post any benchmarks untill 17th May.
