Yep! Sorry, forgot to put it.

Well, given that it´s the 750 Watt model and that you have a 970, it shouldn´t be too much of a problem. Just keep in mind that if you ever end up wanting to upgrade to something that´s more power hungry, you´ll have to upgrade that PSU. Platform upgrade, get an I5 and a new motherboard.

Does an i5 6600(non-K) and the Asus Z170-A ATX sound good?

if you're getting a non-k cpu, then downgrade to a h110,b150 or h170 chipset mobo that is cheaper as you won't be able to overclock without a k-series cpu.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Heatsink: Gelid Phantom Black GPU: Palit RTX 3060 Ti Dual RAM: Corsair DDR4 2x8GB 3000Mhz mobo: Asus X570-P case: Fractal Design Define C PSU: Superflower Leadex Gold 650W
