Speedtest is fast, browsing slow

Ok, so i have been having an issue the last week or so. It seems my browsing speeds are incredibly slow, however speedtest is showing 63.43mbps download, however i am unable to load a YouTube video or play CS:GO. Any ideas?

 

Some info:

Wireless 5.0ghz, (just purchased to fix the issue, didn't help)

TP-Link Dongle

What's your upload like, and are you seeding anything? Usually when this happens your upload bandwidth is at capacity causing packet delays. 

 

Could also be the dongle - try hard wire. 

 

Is the issue from one site only, or all? If it's from one site, their servers may be the culprit.

If you do the speed test again, what's your ping

 

Also, test your line quality at pingtest.net

 

I'd also recommend checking for any errors with your connection in your router.

What computer are you running. A slow system is probably the problem.
