Hi,

Probably made a few of these, but made a few changes :P

Budget:

Would like to keep this build between $1500-$1800AUD (Australian Dollar).

Resolution:

The resolution that I would like is 1080p (due to my budget, not sure if 1440p would be worth it).

Use/Purpose:

Gaming from time to time (GTA 5 mainly :P ), everyday browsing the net etc.

Form Factor:

My mind is set on ATX boards. Nothing will change that :P

Storage:

Must include a WD Caviar Blue 1TB and Samsung 850 Evo as a boot :P

Current build so far: http://au.pcpartpicker.com/p/yg4kvK

Are there really any good benefits of me overclocking? I have a 6660k in the list and I was planning to overclock it to about 4.5GHz, is there really much use in it though? Or should I just get a 6500 or 6600 and switch down to H170 or B150.

Can someone recommend a power supply? I was going to add a MSI R9 390, but figured I don't need it right now. But maybe I should go for the 1070 seeing as though it wont be much more expensive than the 970? I can do without it for a bit. So I need a power supply that will support the video cards extra demands for when I throw it in :P

How is this current rig without a video card? Any changes feel free to do so, greatly appreciated :D

Thread might not be worded correctly so all understands, but hopefully it's alright.

Cheers.

P.S: If you can go 1440p under this budget, please create a Pcpartpicker and show me :P
