Hey guys! I just bought the LEPA LPWAC240-HF AquaChanger 240 Liquid CPU Cooler 240mm and installed it. Coming into this new world of water cooling i though i was going to get super duper low temps. But what do you know, i get 102 degrees on my first core and 82 on my second core. I'm pretty sure i installed it correctly, I double checked everything, changed the positions of the fans (they're sucking air in), and re-applied the thermal paste. Although it dropped to about 95-97 and 80-85, it still wasn't the results I was looking for. I looked on other fourms and saw that since i bought it today, the cooler needed time to settle letting out all the air bubbles and everything. I don't know if this is the case of not, but if you guys could help me out by leaving some suggestions that'd be great! BTW: i got this cooler from fry's for 63$! Was a steal imo. Thanks guys!

Welcome to the Forums!

Are you talking about Fahrenheit cause that would be a max of 39C which isn't a problem at all.

Sounds almost like what happened when my Antec Kuhler 120 failed, sounds like a broken pump to me. Even if it's making noise, make sure the pump is actually pushing fluid around and that there even is any fluid. There's 2 cases of that AIO leaking and 1 case of the pump failing on the newegg reviews.

I am conducting some polls regarding your opinion of large technology companies. I would appreciate your response.

Yep! Fahrenheit! If that's the normal, that'd be the same as my hyper 212 evo haha :D. So then i should have nothing to worry about?

Alright, i hear sounds from the pump, what's your safest bet on finding if the pump even works because when i touch the tubes i feel a little rumble. Thanks for the reply! appreciate it :D

That all sounds normal to me, try doing a couple of stress tests to see what your load temps are as long as they are decent and not overly hot then you should be good to go.

Adia64 or Asus Realbench are good options, you may be able to get slightly lower temps by reaseating the waterblock depending on what your ambient temps are.

Oh, I assumed you were talking about Celsius. 100-ish in Fahrenheit is perfectly normal. I think normally you should be expecting 25 to 55 degrees F above the temperature of your room.
