Looking for specific Android app

Hi, I am looking for specific Android app.

 

It acts like a compass but it doesent show to the North instead I can save my location and it will point me to that location. It will work with GPS without any internet connection.

I found app called PointToPoint but it is unable to find my coordinates which is weird because all my other GPS apps can find them almost in a instant.
