r9 380x poor performance ?

Hi, I just got the r9 380x Nitro. I have tested it with free 3dmark and got these results -->http://www.3dmark.com/3dm/12000890?

My rig - 

FX 8320- stock
GIGABYTE 990XA UD3
8GB 1600mHz RAM
r9 380x nitro
Corsair vs550 PSU
SSD Kingstop v300 480gb

I also have high frame drops when gaming every time something "big" happens on screen. I was watching how much Watts my PSU pulls and i saw ~520 when playing Black Ops 3.
When i was doing the 3dmark it drawed only about 370w.
