So a few days ago my motherboard broke in my main gaming PC and I managed to find my spare motherboard that I once had in another PC thats the same socket at my Core i5 4690k in my main machine the only downside is I'm going from a fairly decent mid range board to the bugetiest board you will ever see.

 

My old motherboard was a MSI CSM-H87M-G43 motherboard (you can google it to find the motherboard)

and now I'm using a very very verr budget gigabyte board:

all I can say now is I think the gigabyte board literally has no ports left on it that arent being used

 

any suggestions for any better lga 1150motherboards that actually have room for expansion

Nothing wrong with budget budget boards so long as they fill your needs.

That case makes this motherboard tiny.

 

 

Athlon X2 for only 27.31$   Best part lists at different price points   Windows 1.01 running natively on an Eee PC

if you look at the graphics card its only a 650ti and that graphics card is only about as long as the PCI Express slot itself so the motherboard in general is puny for a Micro ATX board it's only as wide as a ITX board
