Basicly my taskbar keeps refreshing (Reloading all the icons) everytime i either delete a file or other things on the desktop.

If you know a fix please help :)

Thanks in advance

This is because the system is refreshing itself to show that the file has been deleted, this is nothing to worry about, as it may happen more prominently when  the disk is under load...however if it is happening more than often, then you should check task manager to see if any process is using up resources...or is acting a little wierdly

I've noticed this happen on some older / low spec'd machines that I've used with Windows 10.

I've never really bothered with trying to find something to fix it as I only ever use the desktop to place files temporarily then move them to the new destination

I'd mostly want to get this fixed if possible because my eyes are getting annoyed but if it's a normal thing then i guess i have to go with it :P
