Hey guys so my pc arrived some days ago and I built it.Then I booted it and the video fans spinned for a sec then stopped.I thought it's the psu (I had a corsair vs6500 650w) so I changed it.

I changed it to a Seasonic S12II 620W.Now,this psu should easily handle it.

The gpu still won't boot. Then I checked the ez debug leds and the cpu led was turned on.So that means that the cpu is the problem right?

What can I do?

My parts  are:

MSI B150M Night Elf

i5 6500

8gb ddr4 ram

r9 380 sapphire nitro

intel ssd

blah blah

brand new from the best online store in Romania

it's called pcgarage.ro

you can try unplugging everything except 24-pin and cpu power (unplug the front panel io also, except the power button)

and boot with only one stick of ram

if it doesnt work then switch to the other ram

it's either you motherboard or cpu if that doesnt work

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately

Did you build it your self, and have you built PC before this ?

Slowly...In the hollows of the trees, In the shadow of the leaves, In the space between the waves, In the whispers of the wind,In the bottom of the well, In the darkness of the eaves...

Slowly places that had been silent for who knows how long... Stopped being Silent.

You'd try with a needle, but if you don't have "great pulse" (IDK if it's said like that in English :P) I'd RMA it

Like he said, use needle or something small to rest it to the correct position but be careful, and try to ground your self to avoid static discharge which could ruin the CPU in the long term.
If you feel its to risky just send it back to the retailer but if you don't want to wait month try to do it your self, its not that hard.
One more thing, the CPU pins are angled so try to rest it to that angle not straight 180 angle.

At least where I live e-tailers have to include a note that states that the pins have been checked before shipping, and if it isn't included the user can return the MB if it has any bent pin

they open the product!? that sounds idiotic when there's a LGA cover over the socket specifically "planted" there to prevent these sort of issues in shipping and handling

and PCGarage.ro is notorious for declining RMA requests or misshandlind them
