freesync vs build quality

I have a 390 and am wanting to get a 144hz monitor because I mainly play fps games. I know that BenQ is trusted and awesome. But I found an AOC monitor that has free sync ontop of being 144 hz and it costs less. I am talking about the AOC G2460PF (http://www.amazon.com/AOC-G2460PF-24-Inch-Gaming-Monitor/dp/B01BV1XBEI/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8#Ask) and the BneQ monitor that im also considering. The BenQ XL2430T (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00ITORITU/ref=s9_al_bw_g147_i1) 

Is freesync worth it at 144hz? or would you go with the better build quality. Let me know what you would go with and why. Thanks!

they are tn panels. they wont look very good anyway. i would go for the cheaper one.
