There are some options out there, but you will not get your own domain name. For example: yoursite.hostingservice.com

Decent host but you have to be actively using it otherwise they temporarily stop your website.

Free and good don't go together when it comes to webhosting.. Anyway it's pretty cheap for cPanel and FTP.

http://www.host-ed.net/ I have used them for site development as they allowed SQL and PHP but i would not use them for anything that i would actually use. If it is important to you i would not use a free host.

Hi guys!

I want to build a website for my little company but i have verry little money to spend right now so i can't pay monthly for a website host, Does anyone know a free host or how i can get my site online without extra monthly cost?

Thanks!

In my point of view free hosting are not suitable for professional web site. If you are going to host small professional site then better use shared hosting. I suggest you to have a look at 9cubehosting.com  here you can get hosting plan at cheap rates. Here they provide Linux hosting based web hosting with good uptime and customer support.
