For 140mm fans Corsair makes some decent ones, but if your doing it for lighting up the case LED strips would be the way to go.

I like Areocool fans, they're not very loud, move a lot of air and when they spin the LED's light appear in a curved patter due to the spinning of the blades, I believe they're available in green, 120mm & 140mm.
