Chrome Notification Center

Ok, my school has chromebooks and I play the semi popular KanColle japanese browser game on them (when I should be working of course) and I noticed that Chrome OS has a very handy notification center -type thing- that shows up in the bottom right corner and manages Chrome notifications from things like websites such as this forum. I was wondering if there is a way to get that same feature on Windows. If so, how? Thanks!

Which is not what I want. Chrome has its own notification system and manager which I would like to take advantage of.
