cpu temp spiking

ok so when doing absolutely nothing my 6700k stays at 30c using the coolermaster hyper D92 but will spike to around 50c then back down again and at full load it sits at 73c doesnt go above that at all not sure if its normal or not 

i7 12700k/Asus Tuf z690/32GB Corsair Dominator RGB 3200MHZ/EVGA 3080 Ti FTW3 Ultra/Samsung 980 Pro 1TB/Asus 2540x1440p 165hz Gsync/Acer 2560x1440p G Sync 144hz

Normal, up to 83C in Stress testing is fine.

is spiking up to over 50c in just web browsing normal though? it doesnt stay that way long just for a sec then back down again

You would see something like that in high load temps. As for browsing, flash and other media plugins need CPU power to work.
