Okay so I'm going to be doing a new build once the gtx 1080 releases in Australia and i already have an i7 6700k and 16GB of 2400MHZ vengeance ddr4 ram sitting in their boxes.I also have a define r4 case.

I really want some recommendations for a z170 motherboard (i'm going to overclock) A cpu cooler, a powersupply and some case fans (I need to change the stock case fans on the define r4)

1. Budget & Location  budget is reasonably high but i really would prefer to get the best bang for the buck.  I'm from Australia so i'm going to end up getting ripped off on the price of hardware, but i'm not against buying from overseas to get cheaper hardware even if it means i need to wait longer.
Aim  Gaming.... that's it really maybe some VR in the future
Monitor Setup:  Single 1440p monitor at 60hz

Do you care about a color scheme? As far as boards go, pick anything from msi, evga, or gigabyte, any of those will work great. I'm using the msi gaming m7 for my 6700k and it worked great for over clocking. For a cooler, I would suggest a AIO liquid cooler, something like the corsair h100i would work well. For a power supply, an evga 650 W 80+ gold/ plat would work well. As far as case fans go, I would suggest noctua nf-a14 or nf-f12, depending on whether you want 120 or 140 mm fans. I would highly suggest pmw fans though for the adjustable rate.

I'd reccomend something from Gigabyte for the mobo...

If you can source a Cryorig H5 Ultimate in Australia then that'd be good

I agree with @thekeemo's PSU suggestion but I'd add a few others to that list... Corsair RMi, Anything from Seasonic, and Cooler Master V/VS PSUs.

Silent Wings 2 or 3 if you need any extra fans.

$302 AUD delivered is the cheapest i can find that motherboard thats the absolute maximum i'd be willing to pay for a good Mobo. Do you still think its worth it at that price?

100% not maybe the MSI Z170A GAMING PRO

Thats that. If you need to get in touch chances are you can find someone that knows me that can get in touch.
