Hey guys I have gta 5 on pc when I start the game it runs at 60 fps then after a while it drops to 30 fps I play on a 1080p monitor everything maxed out I have a evga gtx 980 ti superclocked acx 2.0+, 16GB ddr4, i7-5930k overclocked to 4.9Ghz one ssd and one hard drive with 2TB where I have gta on My temps do not go over 50C on the cpu on the gpu they go to about 60C So I dont know why gta is lagging if you could play help me thanks!!

Open MSI afterburner while you're playing and keep an eye on all the graphs. When your FPS has significantly dropped, let us know which graphs are very high or maxed out.

turn off VSync

Vsync doesn't do anything to the graphics it is FPS lock half is 30 FPS full is 60fps
