What's the budget? And do you need the OS, a monitor and peripherals?

This is basically my budget. I will buy my OS from Kinguin.net since it is much cheaper. OS and other stuff is not in the budget.

Get a single 8gb ram stick if you cant afford 16gb, you only have 2 ram slots so youd pretty much have to throw away your ram to upgrade later on. IDK how espensive the ssd is, but 240gb ssds are often only 10-15$ more expensive for double the capacity (120gb can get a bit small after a while, even with no games on there).

Wouldn't suggest that. Kinguin/G2A keys are either stolen or overused MSDN keys, so they could be revoked at any time.

idk

380 > 960.

Mini itx formfactor benefits from less heat, I also favor a 960 or 970 here.

But why? The 380 performs better than the 960 but up to 15% whilst still staying cool and drawing a few cents more worth of power and the 390 performs the same as or better than the 970 and both cost less than their counterparts.

Have you noticed how pcpp checks compatibility? Many 4GB R9 380s fit in the Core V1/X1 or most other mITX cases like the SG13.
