Help Powercolor Devil 13 trade

OneSaltyDog

So I found a guy on craigslist who has a power color devil 13 290x dual core GPU for trade, and I offered him my secondary gaming rig with an fx6300, r5a97 r2.0,8gb ram, 1tb HDD, 120gb ssd, cx750m PSU, and a Asus strix gtx 960 2gb

How good is this video card and how much is it valued? Would it be a good trade for my PC so I can upgrade the 7970 in my main PC? Thanks

I would suspect that's a decent deal if the guy with the 290X has a weaker system than what you're offering. The 960 and maybe a little money with that 960 might sweeten the deal. Though the 960 might be a bit of a down grade.

The 295x2 (that's what its called, right?) doesn't seem to exist anywhere for sale. Based on the 395x2 (same thing as the 295x2 but with 390s), it's around $450 to 500.

If that's right, your system, which is around $600, is worth a bit more than the card. Up to you if it's your kind of trade.

Personally, I'd trade for a newer card, like a 980 ti.
