Windows 10 can't complete update

So I've noticed, in the past couple of months, that my laptop couldn't finish one Windows 10 update. It's been like this for quite some time, but I just lived with it. It really annoyed me when I had to do lots of restarts for some diagnosing because I had to wait for the update to be applied, only to fail at 98%, then the whole process of undoing it.

 

I have no such problems on my desktop.

 

I'm currently running build 10240, and the update in question is the update to version 1511 (build 10586).

i5 4670k @ 4.2GHz (Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo); ASrock Z87 EXTREME4; 8GB Kingston HyperX Beast DDR3 RAM @ 2133MHz; Asus DirectCU GTX 560; Super Flower Golden King 550 Platinum PSU;1TB Seagate Barracuda;Corsair 200r case.

Same for me on my desktop. But my W10 install is fucked in more ways that than so I just wait until reinstall.

I was thinking about a reinstall as well, but didn't really bother with it since I didn't have that much time these days.
