See multiple errors like both plusnet and o2 uses BT's openreach lines for providing internet and getting a new router =/= faster internet unless wifi was the thing capping your speeds (but b/n/g can easily handle 30Mbps speeds).

 

Also, BT claims that all of their 30Mbps package users will be upgraded to 50Mbps for free so...

Maybe my 72/18 Package will be upgraded to 72/18 I had been on 80/20 Before and now I have been dropped very far down to 50 / 15

I remember the days where my sparkling new 76/18 connection was 75/19 but now 70/19 and more importantly, from 15-20ms of ping to all UK server to at lease 30ms too all UK servers...15ms of ping higher to all servers as well :/ especially to sweedish faceit servers, from 60ms to 90ms (yes, 30ms higher ping now)...I cry :(.

Lowest ping I have ever got in CS Faceit was 4 :D Average of 15 Though.
