If so, a i5 is a good choice, maybe 16gb is a bit overkill though.

i changed a lot of parts for cheaper ones so that i could a better gpu. my build is going to be faster but you have got the better motherboard for example.

if you want to have the best bang for the buck i wouldn't recommend overclocking anymore. the k-cpu's and z-mobo's are to expensive these days.

if your budget is 1100$ you could even go with an i7
