What SHOULD come first?

Heyo.
I'm gonna be building my Gaming PC really soon and I need the following things:

• Desk (Longer one that I have now and one that isn't falling apart)
• Monitor (1080p, 2ms or less response time)
• Mechanical keyboard (Cherry MX Browns preferably)
• Mouse (I don't really care much)

So I need all these things but have NO idea where to start.
I need a new monitor because my TV has a 5ms response time and... and... 768p resolution >.> *CRINGE*
My desk is super shaky, is about 70cm long, has little room for the keyboard an mouse, it's really dirty, etc.
And a keyboard + mouse because membrane disgusts me... I could live with it but not for long, honestly.
 

Please tell me your ideas on where to start. I really just need all those things at the same time and it might not even be an issue because it could turn out to be that I have all the money by the time all my PC parts arrive but I just wanna know where to start if I don't have the money.

Thanks! What I think I'll do is buy monitor and desk at the same time, then mouse + keyboard + extended mousemat.

Monitor, Trust me it'll be incredibly easy to put off buying a monitor for a long time. so do it first. Then try and get a desk, if yours if falling apart. Get a mouse next, because obviously you'll be using your mouse a lot as a pc gamer. Lastly get a keyboard, simply because they feel good to game with after a good while

Try to get a good mouse before a mech keyboard, it will help a lot more in game.

You mean in competitive games? I don't game competitively a lot, but how much money do you recommend to spend on a mouse? I'm a noob with mice. Like I know how much to spend on PC components, monitors and keyboards but not a mouse, hah. Please.. x)
