An SSD would be a good addition to your build. You don't necessarily need one for gaming though, but it does help with loading times.

Your PSU is fine. You could get a lower wattage one, but if you plan to run crossfire I wouldn't recommend getting anything less.

Well if you want to CF 7970's, you'd want a larger psu.

You need at least 750W PSU to run 2 7970s, 850W being ideal.
