gpu screen color problem

so i removed my gpu  to clean it today and when i went to install it back i notice my screen going purple green pink i uninstall again and it did the same thing. i have a 980ti zotac i purchase this card on dec 16 2015 this is  the first time i encounter this problem .I called Zotac  and they told me i am almost out of warranty that they do not accept any purchases from ebay unless there a approved retailer.when i bought this card on ebay the person who sold it to me had no problems he only had the card for 2 weeks but he is not a gamer the card was to much for him so he sold it.the problem seems to have went away but i dont know what caused it or how to resolve it in the future.i am currently in contact with zotac about the warranty issue but there customer service and policy is really bad for consumers

did you plug the cables in all the way?

u mean the pcu cables the problem is gone right now but i am trying to find out why it happen

i have 2 separate 6x2 p[in cables connected to this card i made sure i connected them right

Your display isn't using VGA (d-sub) is it?

Not that i know of i have a samsung 4k tv

See if you can get the receipt from the original owner. Seems to me that Zotac has a shitty warranty if it is already almost over.

yeah i like the card but if its going to be like that then going to have to sell it and save up for the new pascal gpus
