the vram is just to save textures most of the times (for games) then it'll process those textures and output them to your displays

more monitors = more things to display = more textures = higher vram usage

 

the vram doesnt divide itself into 3 parts if you have 3 monitors if that's what you're asking `-`

its distributed to the programms not to the monitors. so if a game is run on the main monitor it uses the gpu resorces to display on the monitor it wants to be. its not like one monitor has 1/3 of the vram.
