Sandisk Ultra II vs 750 Evo vs 850 Evo?

So I'm currently looking for a 250 GB SSD. I've been looking at the Sandisk Ultra II (€70), Samsung 750 Evo (€70) and 850 Evo (€90).

 

I'm not sure which one to choose. All of them have about the same 4K performance and IOPS score. Which one should I choose? Is the 850 Evo worth the extra €20 over the other 2?

850 Evo.

Very fast and reliable drive, I plan on getting a 500GB 850 evo soon to replace my 250GB 850 evo in my desktop, that way the 250GB can go into my laptop.

Keep in mind that the 850 Evo is €20 more expensive, while it has around the same speed.

See if you can find prices for the A-Data SP550 in belgium. It's got the best price/performance at the entry level in the US. You can find it for €60 in amazon.de
