Update bios without Cpu

Motherboard: Asrock z170 extreme4

Processor: Intel i7 6700K (which probably isn't working)

 Mobo won't go post the code 00

No bios, no display

Replaced with a new motherboard but still getting the same code.

I called the guys over at Intel and they ended up saying that the version printed on my motherboard has issues with i7 6700K and please update the bios.

So now I've got to update the bios without display.

Is there any way on earth to do this?

Nothing comes up on display.

It just switchs on and gets stuck on 00.

Guys please help me with this.

unfortunately it isnt possible to do that

Default flash key is quickly pressing F6. When nothing happens here you might end up pulling the chip.
