Probably not a huge difference, but a 4 x 4GB is a matched set so they are guaranteed to work together. The board also has 8 Ram slots so you can add another 4 x 4GB later on to get 32GB.

If your CPU and mobo supports quad-channel, there will be a very slight benefit.
