Help for a friend - part selection

Hey guys,

A friend of mine is looking to build himself a new PC. These are the parts we have come up with so far and, without increasing the budget significantly, we could use some pointers. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/dvjwwP

He is looking to stream games on twitch, some PC games, some via console using an elgato. He also wants to be able to create videos for youtube using Premiere, and also some work on photoshop. Right now we have a GTX 960 selected. I imagine a 970 would make a lot of difference but the price difference removes it as an option. I also know pascal is around the corner so the GPU can wait if necessary.

That's basically it. If you guys have any pointers please let me know

For the cPU cooler get like a Cryorig H7 or BeQuiet! Pure Rock, even though temps don't matter to much these both are quite a bit quieter.

Also for the GPU get an R9 380, around 5-15% more performance depending on the game.

Everything else seems fine to me

Spending too much on the motherboard and possibly on the case, and a 380 is going to be faster than a 960, and get pretty sizable performance gains from DX12

380 vs 960 benchmarks
