what are the best and cheapest case fans? i was wondering because my vrm's could use some cooling along with my cpu. currencey is USD

Ehh cheapest are probably some thermalfake shit.

 

But for a budget good, quiet case, I'd recommend the GP-14 (well in this case GP-12). There are some people in the forums that use them for ultra-silent builds for their very good midrange.
