Cooler fit?

Hello guys! Will these products fit together(physicaly): Bequiet dark rock pro 3, Asus z170i pro gaming motherboard and corsair vengance lpx ram?

What parts you listed are compatible. Not sure about the case though.

Also used google for ram compatibility. You're ram is 34mm and dark rock pro 3 clearance is 40mm
