did i apply thermal paste correctly?

So after playing Division look at my CPU temp 

 

CPU I7 4790K

 

first two cores are at 67C

and last two are at 73C? 

 

that is 6C difference.. so is that normal or i didn't apply thermal paste correctly?

Looks pretty normal, especially if 2 of the cores are boosting and the other 2 are not.

Like right now, after browsing for several hours CPU3 is at 31 and CPU4 is at 37. It's fine.

73 degrees isn't dangerous just make sure it doesn't go above 85. It won't kill your CPU but something is probably wrong if it goes above 85.

Mine does the same, cores 3 and 4 are usually 1 or 2 degrees hotter

 i'm getting it under 75c in two weeks i'm buying 2 corsair fans!

Then temps are high - you should be getting lower temps under load than 70*C with such a cooler

 i forgot to mention CPU is overclocked, 1.260v 4.6 Core clock

so am i cool now?

1.35 is max for voltage - 1.26 is quite low

it's quite low, but temp is quite high
