Do a carbon wrap or spray it.

I'll attempt the wrap, seems simple enough.

spray paint then clear coat it

i doubt you'll find a perfect match to your current model, except the exact same frame

Spray painting is a bit of a hassle imo

make an negative from it in plaster (than you have to seal the negative, plaster is wet) or silicone than pour a new frame from acrylic/polyester resin. You can color it when you wish, you can add LED's to light your new frame ... and so on :D

Sure if you want aluminum go for it (I recomand in this case to find someone to lasercut your parts, and I recomand the ablility to work with CAD software)

If thats your thing you can do so xD

Or make a case of wood.

...

I only think that acrylic+LED lighting (I don't like LED's on my computer parts ) is kinda common, easy to work with and less pricy if you can make an negative for the case

BTW

I'm even working on a concrete Keyboard at the moment* (yep and to let your stabilizers work with own made concrete keycaps is pain!)

PS: maybe I should add that I'm building matierial tester for cement based products and work for Germany's biggest dry mortar manufacturer (=> I have acces to various flux substances, defoamer, pigments, cement, clean and dust free quartz sand  ...   In winter I have much time for experiments :D

Neither do I. Specifically bought a laptop and keyboard that does not have LED backlight.

I have a dicreet red backlight for my keyboard but only that much that it illuminate the switches ... and that only in the dark that I can find my "main" keyboard (I often use more than one or one on my nuc/TV and my PC^^

But my PC has not a single LED left, no power button  light, no fan nothing I even "dremeled" of a annoying LED on this shit Sound Blaster thingy on my MOBO
