Good free Linux Server Software

I have a server I am trying to sell, but I was using a free trial version of UNraid.  I am looking for a permanent OS in order to sell the server a little easier.  Something that is raid friendly as well!

freenas or a simple linux distro (but it requires more work).

Does Freenas have a GUI and can work as a file server?

CentOS. Stable and its what most compaines use(amazon(aws) facebook, google)

No gui, but why do you need one.
