What's your budget? Case Labs are pretty much the king of water colling cases - but will cost you a arm, leg and a kidney to boot. :) Have you look at a TJ11? A little more on the gaudy side :) is the Azza Fussion - but the water cool section is on the top.

I'm looking for under 200$. Not really able to give up some organs yet.
wow, can you tell me where to find an 800D or tj07 for under $200? They are usually $350 aren't they?

If You want a watercooling optimized tower for under $200 then go with the Switch 810
