fans around coolers

HOw should i position fans around my radiator? 
I have positioned both fans to blow in the radiator? But i have feelings its wrong? or is it?

Your fans should be set up so they blow through the radiator, in order to remove the hot air from the radiator fins. In your case they should be blowing the same direction, that direction being to the exterior of the case. In the setup yo have now the fans are effectively cancelling each other's airflow out.

Definitely doing it wrong.  One should pull air while the other pushes air.

Your fans are being counter intuitive

Have them blowing out the back to remove hot air.
