Looks like I managed to OC CPU 4790K to 4.8Ghz 1.275V, ran Intel Extreme Utility Test for 5 min, and it completed it no worries.

When I enter a game like The Division I'm getting WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR after a while. This is weird? Should I continue to up my voltages to get rid of the error or it's a RAM problem that I installed recently?

You should be stress testing longer than 5 minutes.

It's fine. Increased voltage by 0.010 and it's working fine now.

5 minutes is not enough time to verify an overclock.

You'll want to start focusing your OC on one part at a time.  The best way to do it is to set your memory and CPU cache at stock settings while you focus on the CPU overclock and CPU stability.  Once you've confirmed that move onto the other aspects of your total overclock.  Doing it this way elimates doubt on what is causing the instability.

Glad the slight voltage bump worked out for you.  Great overclock.

Of course. I got 1333 on memory right now (Underclocked from 2400Mhz and it's MHZ increase isn't that needed since I'm not running a server or anything to be fair) and XMP profile is off. Also disabled iGPU to lower temps and everything is fine now! I'm surprised also that this chip posted (booted to Windows) 4.8Ghz at just 1.25V!

I agree.

I also believe in multiple tests from different stressors.  I'd rather do one hour of each of a mix of things like RealBench, OCCT, and AIDA64, then 24 hours of any single test.  I've had too many long-term tests pass only to crash within minutes on a different type of load.

Varied loads are always good. I tell people that when doing overclocks. Vary your loads. Run different programs in order to make sure it's going to be stable.

Though formal testing might end, informal testing never ends.

I run games and Intel EU. If games work , and the benchmark is successful I tend to leave it as is and I never had issues really.

This is your problem. All five minutes proves is that your computer is capable of booting into Windows--something you already know. Here's my verification process, by comparison:

1. Boot, let sit for ten minutes.

2. Cinebench 5x

3. Realbench x264 encoding benchmark x10

4. Realbench all benchmarks x5

5. OCCT 3hr

6. AIDA64 4hr

7. Realbench x264 benchmark and Kombustor Fuzzy PQTorus, 8h

8. Realbench stress test, 8h

9. Celebrate!

If the CPU fails at any point in that test, the voltage comes up or the clock goes down depending upon temp. Even after that, I still occasionally get a blue screen surprise while gaming weeks after the fact. Five minutes of stress testing isn't nearly enough to verify stability. There are plenty of people out there who think that my testing is inadequate because I don't char-broil my CPU with Prime95 for 24 hours. The error you're getting is the most common "your OC doesn't work" error out there. Consider doing more thorough testing to avoid it in the future.

It's already fixed. Prime95 almost destroyed my CPU by making it 110 degrees without OC. Never touching that thing again.

The CPU would've been destroyed as TJ Max is 100C.

The CPU would've been destroyed as TJ Max is 100C.

Works fine now tho. And I was using Noctua DH14 when it happened so it was actually air cooled too.

That's a pretty awesome regiment.  I do the same thing with Cinebench.  It's my go to quick down and dirty test as I hunt for real quick multi/voltage combos.

If I run into errors with the current overclock I will then increase voltage etc. It's more like umm "Temporary overclock", because room here is boiling hot, and the thermal paste on the CPU is the worst piece of shizznay you can find in the nearby store. Once I replace the thermal paste and lower heating in my apartment, the temps are going to be much better under 100% load (about 70 degrees right now even though it's boiling in here). I did the overclock now so then I have an outline for what I should be aiming at later, and I think 1.280V on CPU 4.8Ghz is pretty solid considering all the unnecessary heat that the PC and everything is getting and the crappy thermal paste.
