so i have a old m7 with a cracked lcd, but good glass, and my screen, which is cracked glass, but good lcd.

 

i scrped the lcd off the glass on the broken one, and im trying to take the glass of the lcd on the one i have now

 

then ill clean it off, and put the glass from the old one to the new one
