Headphones under £40

Hey I am looking for some new headphones but I'm on a tight budget does anyone know of some good headphones for under £40 I recently bought the Sennheiser HD 201 and was disappointed with the quality.

i was looking at something like these Sony headphones:

I do not know where you are going to use them, but if it is home only I would get a pair of superlux.
