I think it depends on how you set the H100i
If you set it on pull so you should get 140mm to get "less" positive air pressure, but if you set it on push so 120mm. Again, not to get too "high" negative pressure.

But you should wait for more experienced people to answer

140mm is better. Getting a worse fan for positive airflow is silly. Just run the fans at different rpm's.

Hi,

I have a Phanteks Mini ITX with a 200mm fan at the Front, this is the fan that came with the case.

Corsair H100i at the top with two SP120 fans. I only have the Back empty.

What is better, 120 or 140 at the back?.

140mm will be a tad quieter for the same amount of airflow (as it can run at a lower RPM due to the larger surface area of the fan blades on the 140mm compared to the 120mm).

Looking at my signature are we now? Well too bad there's nothing here...

The SP120 is under the radiator,  the radiator is facing the top of my case.
I need a fan at the back and I don't know which one to choose.

I think you should set the H100i as intake and get a 140mm fan for the rear for exhaust
But again, I think you should wait for someone more experienced to comment on this

its not where you put the SP120 (above or under) its about which side. The fan pulls air form one side and push it to the other side, just turn it so it will pull air from outside into the case

Can I control the rpm of a 3 pins fan? I read its possible by controlling the voltage but wanted to make sure.

And btw, having 4 140mm (2 AF on front and 2 SP on the radiator on top) as intake and 1 140mm on the back for exhaust is a smart configurations?

Yes, you can. That fan setup is fine.
