Bluetooth for Desktop

I want to use my Jaybirds with my desktop, but my computer doesn't have any bluetooth connectivity.  How would I add bluetooth to it?

Just get a small Bluetooth dongle, they're only around $10-20 and they work well for what's needed.

If computers have no doors or fences, who needs Windows and Gates?
