Best mini pc\smart-box?

Ok so i'm looking to buy my fiancee a smart-box\mini pc , well this kind of thing , she just wants it as a web-browser\htpc , i'd like to keep the cost as minimal as it can be , probably under 150€. Any recommendations?

Asrock and Zotac (not sure about them) have some mini PCs that have a quite good price and a low footprint. But they are a bit over your budget as far as I recall.

Mineral oil and 40 kg aluminium heat sinks are a perfect combination: 73 cores and a Titan X, Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Oil
