does the fan hub use molex/sata? i havent seen any fan hub use pcie power `-`
if it only relies on your motherboard header to power 10 fans, dont even use it lol

i doubt you will see a significant difference in temps especially if you're not overclocking
stick with 1 fan, its more than enough

doesnt the 212 evo come with the necessary mounting brackets already? you have to buy them externally? ![]()

- As mentioned above, I'd like to know if I can connect the fan hub to my psu through the available 6-pin port.
- Will I be able to control both PWM fans from a single header on my MOBO? If you can even use these fans for that. (I believe it only has 1 port for a cpu cooler.)
- If I cannot control both fans from my Mobo, is there an "elegant" way of doing so?
- If those fans aren't suited for being a heatsink fan, any suggestions?
- Any tips on a program I can use to transfer windows from my HDD to the SSD?
1) answered above lol
2) you can use splitters to control two fans with one header, make sure you get PWM fan splitter for PWM fans
3) PWM fan hub, yours is a 3 pin fan hub, so 4 pin fans wont be able to plug in (so is the grid+, correct me if im wrong), so check carefully before purchasing
you can also get NZXT's Sentry 3, its a nice way to control your fans too
4) the fans are fine, the hyper 212 isnt that hard to get air through
5) you can find disk cloning software, but your ssd must be as big as or bigger than your hdd for them to work
normally i just recommend people to install a clean copy of windows, so there are no old drivers and what not that might cause issues
if possible, you can list your parts in pcpartpicker.com, it makes it easy for us to look at everything at once since everyone around here uses it ![]()
